Cleaning: Clean the toilet seat with a mild soap solution and keep the seat and hinges dry. For disinfection, use 85% ethanol and wipe with a soft rag dampened with clean water, then dry immediately. Avoid abrasive, corrosive, or chlorine-based cleaners to prevent damage or rust. When cleaning the bowl, keep the seat and cover upright until the cleaner is fully rinsed away.
Warranty: Your Pressalit toilet seat comes with a 10-year warranty with proof of purchase. For any issues, contact the store where you bought it. If defects in materials, manufacturing, or function are found within 10 years with proper use and cleaning, Pressalit will provide spare parts or a replacement of the same or similar model. If the color is unavailable, a white model will be provided. The warranty period does not reset with replacements. If replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.
